Happy Horror-i-days!

Socreepy wishes all of you a horrifically wonderful holiday season. I’ve decided to stay in my crypt until ‘06, so I won’t be posting until then. Expect plenty of creepy goodness for the new year!!

It’s time to take a break from all the Halloween planning and discussion. What has happened in the South since Hurricane Katrina hit is nothing short of heartbreaking. I spent a lot of time last night watching footage of the aftermath while I was in the comfort of my home - my home that is still standing, has air conditioning, running water and a million other things I take for granted.

It’s impossible for me to fathom how these people will pick up the pieces of their lives, but I know they will. However, they can’t do it without help. While I would love to take each suffering person out of that dangerous cesspool, I can’t. However, I can give money - and so can you. Honestly, I’d rather you make a donation than buy a Halloween mask that might make me a couple of bucks. Thank you.
