Halloween Parties
We love Halloween. We love everything ABOUT Halloween. It's creepy, scary, gothic and well, a hell of a lot of fun! Halloween is the perfect remedy for being an adult. Just one time a year, we can play dress up and the only limit is our imagination. It's important to have an adult play holiday like Halloween since we spend the rest of the year working, paying bills, being grown up, blah blah blah.

Pumpkin Carving
Carved pumpkins for Halloween have a long tradition and once again, we can thank our European cousins. Originally, turnips were used in place of pumpkins, and the carved veggies were placed in windows and doorways to ward off evil spirits. As immigrants came to our shores, they brought with them the tradition of carving turnips during autumn and Halloween. Eventually, the pumpkins grown here made much better "jack-o-lanterns" and the turnips went by the wayside.

Horror movies are fantastic entertainment all year long, not just at Halloween. It doesn't matter if you prefer the classics like "Dracula" or you're a nouveau fan along the lines of "The Ring".
