I sure wish we had a bakery around here that was this freakin cool! Food artist Kittiwat Unarrom creates realistic body parts from bread and sells them in his shop/gallery. The fun part is he adds a horrific touch to his creations. Check out some more awesome pics at Shape+Colour
The fine fellas over at Ain’t It Cool News have an interesting tid bit posted about Human Centipede II. Apparently the BBFC, British Board of Film Classification, has banned the film. Which means the film can not be publicly distributed. Not that Human Centipede is remotely on the same caliber, but it has some company on the ban list. Apparently the BBFC has banned such classics as A Clockwork Orange, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Monty Python’s The Life Of Brian. Check out the whole article (with some mild Human Centipede II spoilers) over at AICN.
As our name implies, this site is about all things creepy. I think Marilyn Manson definitely fits that category. Our friends over at Head Full Of Noise have a great post about some of the cover songs Marilyn Manson has done. Here’s what they say about his cover of Danny Elfman’s “This is Halloween” from NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
If there was ever a more perfect song for Mr. Creepy himself to perform, “This Is Halloween” is it. Manson cranks up the drums in his version, but the guitars and distortion stay towards the back. Manson really carry’s the song with his vocal work. His singing ranges from his deep, throaty style to his creepy high pitch screams. It adds a lot to the creepy atmosphere of the song.
We all know the zombie apocalypse will happen one day. If I were a billionaire I would definitely have a house like this to be prepared for it. The whole building locks down into a fortress. Check it out!

Posted on youtube is 20 minutes of in-game footage of the upcoming zombie game Dead Island. The trailer was awesome and this footage, most likely a beta test version, shows that the game looks like it’s shaping up to be pretty damn cool. The developers have said they are going for realism. You play as normal people, which means less Resident Evil guns blazing and much more melee type weapons and attacks. You have to find food, money and gear. So it’s not for the “run-n-gun” crowd. More for the RPG types. I’m looking forward to playing it.
As you guys know, every day is Halloween for us in the SoCreepy compound. We like to keep things that way with excellent, Halloween related music. Our friends over at Head Full Of Noise have posted an excellent review of Ryan Gossling’s band Dead Man’s Bones. You should check it out.
